Sales Specialist will be the person of point of referencing working in their department in handling the day-to-day workflow. You will work closely with sales and marketing to identify and prequalify lead lists. Build email workflows to nurture leads to the point of conversion. This person will be the liaison between Inside / Associate Sales Team and VP of Sales. Applicants should be: highly organized, have excellent verbal and written skills, have high attention to detail, and be energetic and pro-active in initiating outreach to support our business goals.

Primary Position Duties and Responsibilities:

· Devise a lead scoring strategy to track and evaluate success initiatives and ensure that the company is driving the most productive leads, making process improvements and changes where necessary

· Develop strategies to move leads through the sales funnel

· Work closely with the sales and marketing team and other department heads for product development

· Work with VP of Sales on Sales Targets

· Maintaining sales lead data on qualified and non-qualified leads

· Managing the deals dashboard within the CRM, keeping visibility of deal status and accuracy.

· Communicating with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing and Production on how the deals/quotes are progressing through to completion.

· Liaison from VP of Sales to Inside / Associate Sales Team

· Assisting with and managing trade shows

· Ability to build client / dealer relationships

· Working with Repair and Warranty on customer service issues to help resolve them.

· Research lists of companies to target and identify contacts who meet our target customer profile

· Build, manage, and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects

· Assist with Social media management

· Monitoring daily inbound website traffic reports and identifying patterns

· Proficiency with standard corporate productivity tools (Microsoft Office Suite, email, phone skills)

· Strong email and web search skills

· Ability to use HubSpot and other on-line tools effectively

· Ability to meet deadlines while handling multiple projects

· Positive Problem-solving attitude

· Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing
  • Minimum two years of experience in Marketing and or inside sales

Qualifications Desired

  • Strong writing, grammar, spelling and proofreading skills
  • Working level of Microsoft office, QuickBooks, Excel and CRM programs
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
